That is the exact thing that i am worried about. I have been anti Mxxxx since the beginning of time, even my friend who worked with them for more than 10 years told me not to switch coz M piggyback on TM and if there is a problem, it takes ages to solve, he said this because he had a friend whose problem took 1 month to solve, when complain to M, M have to check with TM, then check with client to see which party is fauty, and it goes around the world to solve a problem.

Anyway, my situation is I am paying RM232 for a 30MB line where i cannot upgrade further, if I were to switch to their new 30MB package, 1st i will be tied into the new 24 months contract. 2nd, it has a 60GB quota, and hypptv need to sub separately. I don't watch tv but family members does. My current mobile is with C, where i am paying around RM 90 a month for 30gb quota. makes the total to be RM 322.

If I switch to M prime, means i sub their lowest package 30mb for RM 89 and 1 mobile line (which i can port mine over) for RM 98 that makes the total of RM187 and both home and mobile will be unlimited internet quota.

so, (TM+C)-M = RM135 savings.

so, the numbers looks great, only setback is worrying that if there are problems, it takes ages to solve. I read in many other threads, they said that if current TM line is good then M will be good. true fact, my current TM line sucks, constant DC, drops, lags. I am guessing if i switch, I am getting the same problem.

The only pro side is the savings.
The con side is the technical support.

TIME isn't available so I can''t consider that.
