On Unifi 30mbps why is the download rate of a file at 1.80-1.90MB/s?
This is a Google Drive file able to be downloaded at full speed.

Shouldn't it be 3.00MB/s?

Max 30Mbps should be around 3.5MB/s

10Mbps should be around 1.1~1.2MB/s
Downloading on Wi-Fi or cable?

Wifi, Im not really sure now.
I was trying to figure out the speed of someone's Unifi. They were not sure what package the landlord subscribed but it is definitely Unifi.
However it seems to me now the speed is more consistent with a 15Mbps connection because the download rate is always maxing out at 1.875MB/s.
Does Unifi even have 15Mbps package??
Never got to try out the Ethernet connection speed. Assuming the router is modern and our phones support Wireless N, there shouldn't be any bottleneck compared to Ethernet right?

You can just go to this link (http://202.188.95.247/iemt/php/radius/radius_client.php) to see whats the current package. Must connected to streamyx/unifi to get it loaded.

It means your property is on ADSL infra with a 10Mbps port.

Maximum speed you can get is 8Mbps.

SUBB is those projects on VDSL2 infra.

i see. If my Streamyx router shows:
Downstream: 5120 kbps
Attainable Downstream: 13000kbps
Does this mean I am connected to 10Mbps port or 5Mbps port?

Why is there some rumour that TM has RM99 for 50mbps. If so why would people still go for 30mbps at RM89, just diff Rm10 for almost 2x more bandwidth.

That Rm99 is only open to selected customers it seems. Not widely available. E.G if your area can't support 100mbps speed.

I see, any method to check whether it is available or not? Does the API web link able to return a Search? The one used to search for availablity of HSBB.
