QUOTE Anyone facing slow connection around 7pm and on next morning speed drops until 10 to 20 mbps only. Sometime LOS light blinking red on modem in early morning around 6am. Been experiencing this since last Saturday consistently until this morning.
So far TM still has no idea what went wrong. If no issue my speed is 800 mbps. Interesting. This is similar to what I'm facing recently as well. Having trouble loading websites including FB, etc coz it's so slow. Though my modem does not disconnect. This post has been edited by expl0it: Feb 18 2019, 09:15 PM

Recently I've been having an issue where Unifi disconnects randomly every few hours (suddenly there is no internet access, even though the router is still connected). Then it will re-connect and everything is okay again. What is the best way to troubleshoot this issue?

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Aug 12 2019, 01:02 PM) Sounds like you are using the TP-Link C1200 v1. Time to buy your own and change routers. Sorry, forgot to mention I'm using my own ASUS 1200G+ router

QUOTE(blacktubi @ Aug 12 2019, 02:38 PM) Reset your router and setup again. QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Aug 12 2019, 05:37 PM) Hmm, update to the latest firmware, reset it and try again. Router was reset last night, and it happened again this morning. Noticed in Windows it still shows 'connected', but 'No internet connection' for 1-2 minutes, and then it reconnects with a new IP. I'm more inclined to think it's a Unifi problem, but how do I prove it? Speed is fine; signal strength is max (full bars); it just keeps getting disconnected / reconnected randomly every few hours p.s : router firmware is always updated, but I don't think that's the problem here

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Aug 13 2019, 12:17 PM) Try with another router first and see if that issue is still happening. If it is not happening with another router, time for you to RMA for your Asus router. I don't have 2 routers......or else I would have tried already..... Found this in the router log. Doesn't look like a router problem: CODE Aug 13 07:47:33 pppd[277]: Serial link appears to be disconnected. Aug 13 07:47:35 WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues.
