Yes you can. Call 100 and tell cs that you suspect btu faulty. And request to change btu. And when the technician come, you insist on changing the btu.

Finally requested to change my unifi rm229 800mbps plan to rm129 100mbps online. Think 800mbps is overpriced. And most of the time the "800mbps" plan only achieve 300+ mbps and download speed capped at 25mb/s. Better downgrade to 100 hehe

cause on 17 of march I performed a downgrade via TM online portal, then after 2 days, no respond, then I went to TM point to do a thumbprint and the lady told me will change within 24 hours.. but until today I am still waitinggg~

Hi Guys Ive changed my unifi from 800mbps to 100mbps (STB) Turbo Deal 2019.
I have a hypptv STB which carried from my old plan.
can I use my hypptv STB to watch the channels? I mean not installing the unifi play tv apk into the STB
but can I use the built in hypptv to watch the channels?

Better i go for rm129 100
Can save rm100 for petrol and this plan includes 600 minutes to all numbers and unlimited calls to tm numbers
