How does TM calculated prorated bill for termination?
My monthly bill is RM 147.35 I applied for termination last week. Now is showing Total Amount RM 331.30 in portal. Pdf bill cannot download yet to see itemized breakdown. |

Just recently installed 100mbps@rm129.
I only got tplink router + huawei modem. In email written 3 stuff. 1. High Speed Internet - Residential - lite 100Mbps - router+modem 2. unifi playTV Lite - can watch only using apps (known) 3. Residential Voice - technician said TM only provided phone number, but i need to buy my own phone if want to use the free call. Is this true for all new subscribers, or am I getting conned? |

Is it possible due to heat? As I have not turned off the router for few days. |
