My relocation request not visible in TM systems after 7 working days.

No wonder no technician call me

Now creating new ticket by CS, and checked via portal ticket still in open state. sad.gif

How does TM calculated prorated bill for termination?

My monthly bill is RM 147.35
I applied for termination last week.

Now is showing Total Amount RM 331.30 in portal.
Pdf bill cannot download yet to see itemized breakdown.

Just recently installed 100mbps@rm129.
I only got tplink router + huawei modem.

In email written 3 stuff.

1. High Speed Internet - Residential - lite 100Mbps - router+modem
2. unifi playTV Lite - can watch only using apps (known)
3. Residential Voice - technician said TM only provided phone number, but i need to buy my own phone if want to use the free call.

Is this true for all new subscribers, or am I getting conned? sad.gif

Looks like I misunderstood the ads.

IMO that bold sentence in 100mbps plan are misleading.
Why mention 600minutes talktime, if you don't want to give free phone.

Last time i was a bonanza 30mbps subscriber @ rm139
Device received:
- router
- btu
- hypptv stb
- motorola phone.
- then also got turboed for 300mbps same price.

Then i relocated, new house got no unifi infra. Tm ask to terminate and return all device.

Now I'm paying rm129 for 100mbps and less stuff. Sigh.. Tm old plan is better, at least in my opinion. smile.gif

My stock ac1200 rebooted itself out of nowhere.
Is it possible due to heat? As I have not turned off the router for few days.

I have bad experience with tm cbj too. Need to go twice to rectify with different agent.
