I have been waiting for Unifi to Turbo upgrade my speed for VIP10 10Mbps to 100Mbps, check online at Unify.my says it was supposed to be done October - December 2018, a check with the TM live chat agent says it is Phase 2 Feb/Mar 2019. Now still 10Mbps...
Now they imposed a 90GB Monthly Download Volume which was previously not there. What should I do? Should I sign for the RM129 package? The live chat agent says I won't be getting a new router if I sign the package, and no warranty will be given if it fails. Only given to new subscribers only...
