Can try this 013 243 4444 if u haven't got any contact...

En. Rosli, had him replaced de whole F/O cable from DP to my btu since TM didn't wanna do anything end of last yr when my service was down due to suspected spoiled cable which they said it's internal wiring, instead gave few contacts of their subcon which one of them was him from klang...

I submitted mine last Nov... but if followed by de procedure, i supposed 2 file complaint 2 another department & MCMC is de final one in line if all else failed... I went straight 2 them, not closed yet but i noticed they responded progress once in a while n recently received a phone call from TM askin' about de unifi status... de staff just said de call was just a friendly check on customer feedback blahblah which they'd never made any call b4 unless when they try 2 promote n sell new packages... not sure if it has anything 2 do with de mcmc complaints...
