I just downgrade my plan from RM 189 ( 500mbps ) to RM 159 ( 100mbps ) because wanna have ultimate pack unifi tv and old plan already end contract. Speed downgrade doesnt matter for me because only me and wife use it.
My old plan 30mbps ( upgraded to 500mbps ) at RM 189 but the speed test never reach 60mbps download. That's why decided to change plan and renew contract for another 24 months because not thinking to switch other brand.

Rm 89 for 30Mbps unlimited + unifi mobile postpaid rm 99 = rm 188. Cheaper than my previous rm 189 package.
But i just renew contract last July. If Downgrade at tm point can nego or not ?

Guys, just notice that the 6 terminated channels like red by hbo, blue ant entertainment, and etc can be viewed. TM probably continue these channel because got many complaints

I just submit pay nothing promo through unifi app today. Decide to maintain the current plan.
I already renew my 100Mbps STB last July. Not really bother with 24 months contract since not thinking jump ship and only rely on unifi tv.
Hopefully no BS spin from TM on January 2020 bill or i'm gg for sure.

My QoS not working.
100Mbps on Tp-link archer ac1200. Heres what i did :
1. Disable nat boost. Restart
2. Enable qos
3. Setting the qos. Add range extender device and my phone to 10% category. Save and restart
After speed test show speed of 50Mbps for phone and not 10Mbps. Any idea where should i adjust the setting ? Thanks
