haha no i mean unifi/streamyx with vpn it works, and other isp has no issue too, thats why i can conclude its tm block the access or blizzard block tmnet

my 2 years contract almost end... will this speed and pricing maintain?

Seems like more "untung" than the current 100mbps RM129 package (RM134 with tax)

How to get that for unifi personal plan? Is it possible to request for the same price?

I know some of my customers paying RM249 (before tax) for unifi business plan 500 Mbps too. 500 d/100 u. While i'm paying RM299 (before tax) for the same plan. Where is the streamlined pricing?

Hi Guys. Just checking. If a condo recently have been installed with Time Fiber, ia there a possibility that TM will also install  Fiber? 

Cause I am paying quite high for 50 Mbps and planning to change to Time.  I asked TM but they are not giving any answer.

Anyway to access wired/wirelessly to the TM Unifi modem to check the actual connected speed given by TM?
I am using D-link DIR-850L provided by TM, the maximum speed I can achieve is only 100Mbps. Tried with wireless and wired with cat5e cable.
My package is 300Mbps Turbo.
Moem is Alcatel-Lucent I-240G-D.

I am asking so because back in old time, TM could give lower speed than actual speed that a Streamyx user have. EG, 8Mbps, TM only give 2Mbps, and the actual connection speed can be checked from Modem.

It wouldnt connect and no appropriate IP.
I want to access modem dashboard instead of windows .

Guys... I need help. Just got my upgrade to 300mbps. There is 2.4 and 5g wifi network. Then i gatal access my laptop to the router setting since my laptop cant detect the 5g, only display 2.4.
I go and switch off the 2.4 via the menu and now cant access the wifi via laptop. How to go about? On my phone also the 2.4g goes missing. Only 5g available.

Just cucuk any of the port behind? I remember i did turn on and save the 2.4g setting . But somehow it didnt show on my laptop and phone now.

Upon checking, my link speed in mac  shows 1Gbit/s

Today TM guys come to my house. They found out the problem is within Router and help to me change new Router.
As a result, I will be charged RM53 and renew contract of two years.

But, I have 2 units of exact same old D-LINK router (d-link dir-850l), and 2 units are tested by TM both can only go below 100Mbps. It is proven that the unit can't support such high speed (300mbps) themselves.
TM guys simply say that the "Router can support but maybe they are old already and got problem now".

How can I accept such explanation ? I suppose to get a free upgrade of Router after TURBO upgraded.

So how do I justify my self if I called to TM 100 ?

Hi Guys. Would like to ask has anyone tried to replace the tv box after it gets faulty and after warranty period? Just yesterday after a lightning trip, the tv box went faulty and lights just keep blinking despite hard reset.

Unifi gave 2 options , either renew contract and get free replacement or pay RM350 for both site and replacement of hardware.
