i'm currently using Mollina's Mach5 Xplood III acoustics.before this i was using W980 for K850 beta 3 loud by Luhhcas.

pls note that u need to replace mic and radio files with original 1s because it will cause them to malfunction

I will suggest go for w910 cause this phone has excellent audio quality and a 2mp camera if you would like to take picture then go for k850...

hmm.. my slider seems abit off track, i notice there's a piece of rubber/metal thats off in between the seams inside the top when i slide the phone open.

how are your sliders? is it damn straight? or abit off too...

i understand nothing's perfect, but its eating my mind lolz... and i just added some mods (cam driver and display driver) dont know if they allow me to change the phone or not.. (its AP set)

ya my slider is a bit off track too ater 11 months using it but doesnt bother me as long as it is still solid and running well.

maybe u can try asking them to fix it 1st before requesting for a change

for them to do anything to my phone, i need to cover my tracks of modifying the FW files in it? lolz (ie: restoring to original cam driver files?)

i found the Mollina's Mach5 Xplood III acoustics already.

i dun think they will mind since its only hardware prob.and i dont think they will know its a modified file bcoz its still the same file name .

W910i acoustics is on the same page u gave me earlier.

i recommend replacing all files inside the acoustics folder with Luhhcas 1s then only put on the 1s by Mollina

no need to replace mic and radio files as they are already included

hmmm sorry but i have to ask, is installing the acoustic files main purpose is to increase the volume? well because my phone's sound is already very loud... not sure if i want to make it louder lolz. what i'm looking for is refining the sound.

both.increase the volume but at the same time its sound quality too.if u think original was loud,thn u shld try the modded 1 i give earlier.before modded i was on volume 8 when listening to music but after modded i need to keep it at 4,not more or less. increase it to 8 and u will be deaf in no time

ah i see.. well guess i'll try it out could revert back to the ori files if i find my ears cannot stand the awesome loudness lolz.

Don't worry. Replace acoustic driver and you will see the difference. The change is more than obvious. And the volume and clarity of sounds too.

Added on November 20, 2008, 9:49 pmlol i found out something.. not sure if its by default or my phone's faulty..

when i dont open the slide, and i plug in something, be it headphone or the charger, when i open the slide, the keypad back light wont on... after i disconnect the headphone or the charger, the keypad wont on either..

i have to either enable walkman to play some songs, or restart the phone to activate the keypad back light

if i open the slide First, then only plug-in, there's no prob as the phone detects me sliding it open first and starts illuminating the keypads.

Even if the slide is closed or open, when you connect headphone, charger or USB cable, the keypad light should be on. Your phone has a problem.
