What distance do you drive. Highway or rural roads? For me I would just change all the tires. What is your price on safety? If something happens too late to "I should have"
1 year driving is at least half a tire life for most people so if planning to sell after a year still worth it.

If you only want to change 2 tyres put them on the front. Loosing the front end of a car is more dangerous than the back.
You can get some better deals on tyres from shops in Jalan Kapar Klang.
