Just got back my car from the workshop after an accident.
Prior to that I was overseas studying and the car was passed on to my siblings to drive. At that time they had two punctures at two separate times and as my sibling just started working she decided to change only one tyre each time.

After that, when I took back the car I was looking to change tyres already (those tyres are about 2 years old at that time). However not long after before I got the chance to change the tyres i was involved in an accident.
Accident workshop was working on my car for a very long time, and they've also replaced only one tyre on the car.
Now my car's 4 tyres, there are 3 different brands/model of tyres and almost all of them have different tyre age and wear level. Which is horrible in terms of safety.

I am looking to change my tyres to improve safety and also comfort(noise level). However, I am already planning to sell the car in about 1 - 1.5 years time.
Is it worth it to spend money to change all 4 tyres? or should I skimp and only change 2?

I was thinking of changing the front 2 tyres to maybe a conti CC6, and putting two of the newer old tyres to the rear. However i've seen many people advocating for newer tyres at the rear for improved safety. I am slightly more concerned of the road noise though, and was thinking brand new CC6 would go in the front as majority of the weight of the car is in front and I assume this will be where most noise will come from.

I looked around and I saw Conti CC6 is about 180/pc. Anywhere I can find it cheaper?
Don't want to change to some subpar tyre just to save money.
