 MyIPTV 4k, Problem with unifi

Ok.. I'm asking for a friend of mine..

He's using Tx9 mini with unifi (turbo-ed 500mbps) and newly supplied Router by TM

He used myiptv 4k service a while back and has no connection problem before.
But since TM changed the router, he's getting connection problem with the apps.. Can't even login at times...
Cleared the cache, data and reinstall the apps...

Tried checking the connection at his house...
Using other device to access the apps using conection other than unifi... no problem at all.
but once i connect using unifi.. the problem appear

Tried to change DNS on the tx9 to google's.
Successfully able to access the apps and playback movies/live TV.. but only for a few minutes...
Then the connection error happens again...
Restarted the device and re-set the DNS... apps working again for a few minutes... then failed

Log-in to TP-Link's config page, and manually change the DNS...
Apps works... and failed after a couple of moments...

I tried to connect the tx9 to my hotspot.. but somehow.. the wifi connection goes on and off

Does anyone with unifi (especially after turbo) has these kind of problem...?

My box connected with LAN no problem.
Another box in my room connected to Wifi did face wifi connect n disconnect problem. Problem solved when I factory reset my box. Maybe u can try?

You're using myiptv 4k service as well?
He already tried reset to factory the box before I come...
Using LAN (as wifi sometimes has connection problem)

1. Always run the IPTV on lan. Wifi can be affected by so many things.
2. If you have spare router, preferably high end router and not those given by TM, try it and see if the problem occur. Could also be because the router cannot handle high usage.

No, I'm using other iptv services. But don't think so is the myiptv4k that make thing changed. Perhaps is router problem? Only ur box facing the same thing? How about other devices? (Eg : phone/laptop etc

1. I can't test wifi on that box since it'll connect-disconnect at times... so... LAN is the only way for now...
2. He still has the previous router that he used when started using unifi.. He claimed he don't have such problem when using that router. Just that after TM changed to the newer one, the problem started...
I have yet connect that since i'm not sure the details of his account (login, username etc)
And what's considered high-usage? Even if that box alone connected to the router... it still can't access the service...

Every device connected to that router will have the same problem...
I tried using my own data to access the service... no problem.. But once I connect to that house unifi... Problem starts happening...

I wonder if TM will entertain this kind of problem... Since it's 'myiptv' problem... and the content of that iptv itself is kinda 'illegal'..
The connection itself is no problem (since all other services / sites is no problem), and the speedwise is OK...

I thought u said every devices connected to the router will have same problem? Means other devices also can't online? This is reason to Lodge report, not?

Tried change dns on ipv6?
Happened awhile ago when try surfing blocked website and realized ipv6 dns need to be changed

Can't access the myiptv service only... All other online activities are no problem...

I kinda missed on ipv6 setting...
Didn't realized if the ipv6 settings is turned on or off...

Changing the default DNS server on both box and router seems to make the services running for a while (before failing again after a couple of minutes)
I'll try to look at the settings again next time... Thanks for the reminder..

turn off the ipv6 on thew router. myiptv kind of dislike it and try to use the latest version.

Just an update...

He switch to the old router and the services runs smoothly...
So.. the problem must be on that new router the TM gave..
Gonna check the new modem again later..

Think there are some setting is incorrect in new router.
Need to slowly figure it out lo.
Disable QoS, ipv6 etc.

on december i got 1 month free trial from this one seller,, fuh picture good quality no buffer at all.. after finish i straight bought 1 year for me, my parent and friend.. since last month myiptv4k pretty useless, always buffering not only astroks but also the on demand movie.. haiyaa.. unifi 300mbps here..

Same when i using Unifi in my hometown the on demand totally unwatchable keep buffering .....i tot myiptv problem

then i go back to oversea the apps damn smooth no buffering even on demand ....i think its Unifi problem
