I don't know why they want to lie or are they just ignorant.... or they just want more money to their branch... in my experience, when I wanted to open the BSA w/o fee, she said don't have such a product.
I said, website got. She said, no more!
I said, are you sure? Can you ask your manager? She said, even my manager will say the same thing. Definitely don't have.
I left and went to another branch. This other branch lady said, got! Who said no such product?
I've learned my lesson now. Next time, I'll ask them for their full name and worker's ID, and tell them that I'll report them to bank negara!
