here are some tips to those going to japan looking for what to buy
this shouldn't be listed anywhere else

if you're into cooking, especially fried chicken...u should grab these...award winning fried chicken powder(comes in different flavour)

to those looking for instant ramen, instead of getting the way overpriced and not tasty at all ichiran ramen...Buy these instead, taste so good and way cheaper
big place like don-quixote should have sell but i think some branch don't have and they don't stock all the flavours
but i can confirm the local supermarket in the middle of kuromon market has it, they carry all the flavours

Using AirAsia when depart from Narita aiport, Tokyo, do we have to pay any fee ? I google and was told need to pay Passenger Service Facility Charge and Passenger Security Service Charge of  2660 Yen.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think it is already included in the airfare.

I have 1 free day in Shizuoka after the my competition during CNY time, where should I visit? So far I did some research so far what is recommended is Kunōzan Tōshō-gū shrine, Verkehr Museum. Personally I prefer Food and Historical sites. Than shopping or theme park stuff.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Sifu,

Need advice here.
1) Usually, where are you buy ICOCA? In Kansai Airport? There are available in Klook (selling price: RM85.90) with pre-reload 1,600 yen. Is this worth?
2) Any unlimited ride for bus in Kyoto?

Thanks.

1. Just walk over to the station across the airport and buy from the machine.

Cause I’ll be going during the golden week, so have to buy before hand. Was thinking if the smartEX is reliable before I purchase.

Yea I've used them no problem.

Personally I have stopped all leisure trips within Asia region, so no travel unless for work.
