You meant Unifi TV 2.0 no need to use xxxx@iptv ID? I tried email but same red message ask me login to 1.0.
*
Have patience. Yours will be transitioned soon.

Once the fateful day comes,* here are some additional steps. To get more premium channels, visit https://unifi.com.my/new to subscribe — plans start from RM8/month.

- Select your preferred TV pack and verify with your IC or passport. Create your personalized @iptv domain when prompted; xxxx@iptv will serve as your new Unifi TV user ID.
- You’ll be redirected to TM’s Unifi Digital ID portal. Create your account and link your IC/passport for verification. This step is important, as TM will match your details between your Unifi TV pack order and your Unifi Digital ID, which serves as your gateway to managing your Unifi TV account.
- You’ll receive your Unifi TV pack order confirmation via your registered phone and email, containing your new user ID (xxxx@iptv) and password.
- You're done. Welcome to Unifi TV 2.0. Manage your account anytime via the Unifi UniVerse app, Unifi Selfcare portal, or via Unifi TV account portal.

*If it's not happening after all, consider deleting your Unifi TV account (the email one). Create a new account by following the steps above.

Hope it helps.

Seems the Max Plus Pack is a good deal with only RM52 to get all channels. I wonder if an upgrade to Max 4k will be how much total.
*
It’s a revamp for Family Pack. One of the only two packs offering all 73 channels; the other one’s Super Star Pack (new name for Ultimate Max Pack).

Can upgrade from Standard to Ultimate Plan — just add RM10. So RM62 in total.

DoubleM2 but I notice the playback content, some doesn't have cn subtitle.
*
It’s from Unifi TV’s side.

Even with the new audio and subtitle options in Settings, you still have to reselect your preferred subtitles on every channel. Irritating.

Have you checked in the MyUnifi or Unifi UniVerse app to see if the issue persists?

Only for Unifi TV 2.0 right? My account still in 1.0. I meant those streaming apps.
*
This offer is exclusive to Unifi TV 2.0 users.

I recommend waiting until it’s your turn so you can enjoy the full 30‑day free access to the streaming apps.

the issues happen to so called new box is not new.... the same same issue still not resolved for months
- lag issue
- subtitles issue (need to select upon change chanel
- the quality on certain channel is subpar compared to white box (classic unifi TV box)
*
I confirm all these problems are still not fixed. Especially the subtitles part — it’s across all devices.

Hi , I’m on the legacy ultimate now and taking additional Netflix 4k on my own. Haha I think I need to reconsolidate my subscription . The new superstar pack looks good. Anyone knows how much to add on to upgrade the superstar pack basic Netflix to 4k?
*
For the new Super Star Pack (promo RM111/month until Dec 12), the Netflix app that comes with it is the Standard plan.

If you want to upgrade to the Premium 4K plan, just add RM13/month on top of your pack price.

Seems like the super old silver box in my parents home is still working although it's already migrated to 2.0

Im using unifi tv 2.0 app on my phone now with that account, but definitely gonna let the silver box be used till it can't lol, I can't imagine the headache the new v3 box TM sent over is gonna cause to my parents 😢

But rate with the app is 2mbps while the silver box with vlan is 8mbps right?
*
The app is 4 Mbps. For STB with IPTV, 8 Mbps.

In short, the Super Star Pack (2025) and the Ultimate Pack (2020) differ significantly in both channel line‑up, streaming app offerings, and its availability.

Super Star Pack (2025) — RM111/mth until Dec 12; RRP RM139 (Unifi), RM180 (non-Unifi)

All 73 linear channels
Unifi TV 2.0 companion app

No contract, cancel anytime
Open to all Malaysians — with/without Unifi Home

Ultimate Pack (2020) — RM60/mth (Unifi only)

• 69 linear channels — HBO channels not included
Unifi TV 1.0 companion app (upgradeable to 2.0 depending on your account readiness)
5 streaming apps: Disney+ Hotstar (Basic), BBC Player, beIN Sports Connect, SIAR, and SPOTV NOW
24-month contract — early termination fees may apply

received a call from 03-88932000 ™ to check if I faced any issues installing the new UPB, as they were able to check that I have yet to activate.

I am still on the white STB due to 'channel numbers'
But I did update via website to Unifi TV 2.0
*
Since the Unifi TV 2.0 app works entirely over the internet as an OTT service, it doesn’t rely on the IPTV functions of your White Box.

That means your current box will continue to work for channel browsing and playback until TM eventually shuts down the IPTV broadcast. Once that happens, all viewing will have to go through Unifi TV 2.0.

Anyone tested their new app on the Smart TV/Android TV ?
*
No issues with the streaming, but the interface lags here and there, and those audio/subtitle bugs are honestly quite irritating.

Anyone got the new HP4BF STB so far? Does it have the same design as previous one or different?
*
That’s the newest model, Unifi TV Box v3/Gen 3, set to release to public by year-end or next year.

Just a possible cosmetic change to the box and some internal upgrades as stated by the Android TV Guide website.

Seems like only the packaging has changed, the device inside is still the same.

Anyone who’s got the box, mind checking and sharing the model number here?

For those on older Unifi TV Packs that used to come with iQIYI Standard, you’re now getting iQIYI Premium by default.

The switch started when Unifi TV was revamped on Sept 13.

Hello.

Can someone tell me what are a la carte channels? Are they included without extra charge?

Refer to this website: https://unifi.com.my/tv/index.html#/tv-directory/channels/

Or this below for clarity, made simply by yours truly.

Hello all,

Just received and installed my new unifi tv box. I’m currently with old ruby pack plus. Can I switch to the new sports pack? RM40 vs RM21 per month.

You can.

But you’ll lose some channels when switching to the new Sports Pack.

Thank you.

But I don't see which channels All Star Pack included.
*
It’s simply because the All-Star Pack mainly built around 4 premium apps alongside 16 free channels.

All-Star Pack — RM88/mth until Dec 12; RRP RM99 (Unifi), RM129 (non-Unifi)

4 premium streaming apps: Netflix (Standard), Disney+ Hotstar (Basic), HBO Max (Standard), and Viu (switchable to another OTT app once a month)
16 free linear channels: TV1, TV3, TV Sarawak, CNA, ABC Australia, etc.
Unifi TV 2.0 companion app
