What package are you using? I using RM129 100mbps n this package is not mistaken allow for 2 devices to watch. Try on mobiles no issue can bind n unbind. However doesn't work on my Nvidia Shield TV player even try to unbind previous device, still the same msg pop up. Only during free viewing in MCO period can watch.

Those two packages shall can bind more than 2 devices. If TX6 Android box, which package can watch?

I think it is nothing to do with the app.

You only use this mod app recently? Actually before MCO periods, I already encounter this. I using same package as you. Nothing can be done. Use your mobile to watch if want.

Your unifitv account not migrated. Therefore dont waste time to try any new app.

Actually I didn't watched much on other channels besides local news.

Use the 7.9.11 version if yet migrated.

My one is white box too. My account was migrated since early of year. Not sure what basic. My unifi package is RM129 under 100mpbs.

Those Unifi app are for those migrated accounts only. If yet migrated, basically you shall use back the old 7.9.XX version. No point to try.

Just login only. If more than numbers of accounts login, it will asked you to deregister one of it. If your account yet migrated to new account of UnifiTV, you can forget it. Use 7.9.XX version.

First you need to know what is your ID n password. It should be stated clearly in your service form during first time unifi installation. Else get it from unifi customer service.

For migration, if yet to migrated, then you need to wait because they will tell you its phase by phase upgrade.

If you got "migrate" account error due to your account yet to migrate. Just stick to old app. Nothing much you can do.

Try to press arrow up or down with your remote control. More features will show up for you to select. You have to do it for every show that you change.

I'm using Nvidia Shield TV 2017. Latest unifitv app is 1.2.10. The 1.2.09 version recently got problems with black screen with turning arrow most.

If not mistaken 1.2.9 got same issue but not so frequent. I thought 1.2.10 also same on my Nvidia Shield. May not due to the app but server itself.

Give them a call instead email. Maybe they want to do verification n only give over the phone instead of email.

Latest 100mbps package only can watch thru Unifi Play TV app. You may call up TM to check your issue.
