Oh so I’m unable to watch TvN. Thanks because this is not my personal account. I don’t know the real package, but the agent told my gf that confirmed can watch with the new black unifi tvbox.

TM also curious why I’m not able to watch free channel. The problem is the agent told us that once you upgraded and you still able to watch the same Ruby package like before.

I don’t want to argue with you and I just want to know what happened. Conclusion, I won’t able to watch anything with the black tvbox so I need to pay monthly for this lame device for nothing??

Yeah, now I think is really different. Just now the TM called me and reset the xxx@iptv but unfortunately I still unable to watch anything also.

Previously, I’m using the LAN4 and now I need to connect with another LAN3 so like you said not working.

I need some help.

I'm on a Unifi Lite 10mbps package and in my Unifi portal, I could see a user ID being assigned under 'Unifi TV'.

I then bought Mi TV Stick > Launched the 'Unifi TV' app > logged in with every possible login ID's (userid@tvos / userid@iptv / phoneNumber@tvos / phoneNumber@iptv) but to no avail. .. it keeps saying that the ID or password is invalid.. I even called up TM Helpdesk and asked to reset the Unifi TV password which they did, but can't login still.

Finally, one of their livechat agent mentioned that I don't have their 'HyppTV Everywhere' package and that's why I can't login to their Unifi TV app.. but is that the case? The agent said that I have to login via their STB and that's the only option.

But, I could login to playtv@unifi using my phone number and I was under the assumption that this playTV and Unifi TV share the same login..

Anyone had the same issue?

Is it just me or they open up all channel for free?

Weird..all channel are still accessible even now..Hope i don't get any billing suprise at the end of the month.

Installed unifitv from playstore on my android box. However I can't see channel list from the app. Anyone facing same issue and any workaround?

Left - right change channel only..up down more like current channel details...

I got blank screen and disconnect icon at right below screen. It happens to all channel. I use old white tv box provide by tm. Anyone got solution?

I don't watch Olympic, plus I don't want watch it at mobile.

How many Olympics channels in the set-top box? Mine only show 5 normal Unifi sport channels. But in the Unifi app, I can see 13 channels.
