I just activated my Ultimate Max Pack. I also have to reactivate all my previous Ultimate Pack apps and seems like I have lost my Zee5 app.

Does anyone know if its possible to switch Viu and Iqiyi to Zee5 or other apps after 1 month?

for RM99.90, think ok, happy enuf.

Thanks for your advise brother, I will call them to ask about the Zee5 being taken away after the upgrade.

I got the Zee 5 as an option when Unifi started offering the streaming apps back in October 2021. I can't quite remember what were the other options but I remember choosing Zee5 as part of the Ultimate Pack choice.

On another note, I got the email from Unifi for activation of all of the streaming apps under Ultimate Max about 24 hours after clicking the upgrade button. I have managed to login to almost all apps except Lionsgate. I think I have to wait for my original Lionsgate subscription to end on 22nd of July before logging in with this new subscription on July 23rd.

as an update to my case, i regret to report that after 4 days, i am still waiting for activation sms/email of iqiyi, viu, lionsgate, spotv.

i raised report with online chat 2 days ago, no response so far. they say need to wait for individual product owner response.

netflix activation was the fastest; siar came soon after; the rest were activated in old ultimate, no problem.

Anyone else kena like this?

I spoke to CS a few times before signing up for Unifi Max after they had checked my account, and they all said have to do it online. They never mentioned that have to pay the fine for "breaking the current Ultimate contract" . Even when I used the portal, no warnings came out to say that we have to pay the remainder contract of the current Ultimate pack.

What do I do now? Lodge a complaint with MCMC?

what was yr your broadband package, was it changed in any way?

if it's only ultimate->ultimate max, it's an upgrade, higher value; makes no sense to consider it as contract termination.

i suggest u visit the nearest full TM point to get clarification.

btw, in my case, contract long expired.

My package is the 800Mbps SV YEP 2019. That hasn't changed. The discount is still there.

Anyone else who had taken the free Gen 2 box ( i think this is the reason for the contract) back in 2022 and had upgraded to Ultimate Max, do you also face the same situation?

No bro, I never received a second box for this Ultimate Max sign up. I followed your advise and went to TM Point to lodge a complaint. The staff were also shocked that this fee was imposed. They said it will be referred to HQ and will take 7 to 14 working days before someone calls me back.

Hi, does anyone know how to un-link our HBO Go from our old Astro Go login? I cancelled Astro a while ago but my HBO Go is still linked to my old Astro Go. I want to ensure that when Unifi gives the login for HBO Go app, i get to use my existing HBO GO username.

BTW, when Unifi gave me the username for Disney+ Hotstar after the Ultimate Max upgrade, I was given the same username as my previous Disney+Hotstar login which was under Astro. Despite having cancelled Astro almost a year ago, the old Disney+Hotstart login still had all my favourites and watch history intact.

Anyone got issue with Zee5 today? Cannot watch any movies or series . After checking the app, it states no subscription. Did TM stop Zee5?

Yep, checked the Unifi app also. It shows Zee5 there with the start date shown.

Looks like TM didn't pay for February. If you log into Zee via a browser, it shows that the subscription has expired. I called 100 and lodged a complaint . They said another section will call me back in 24 hours but it has been more than 3 days since my call but no one has called back. Will try again tomorrow

Anyone know how sign up to the 30 day complementary access to the streaming apps?. I keep getting the emails and the prompts from the 2.0 app (I think) . But when I click them, I am eventually brought to login to the Unifi website and I end up unable to find any link to sign up.
