Using the Myunifi app to order last Wednesday, (My Order & My Activity is empty) already made 2 reports, till today no sound.

I believe the data is missing / false in the wrong column.

Same here, mine is RM90 500Mbps packages.
She ask me create new account to register the UnifiTV2.0.. but still they forgot inside need IC verification.

HQ just call me again this morning, will pass to unifitv team and give me answer. She said the above one maybe is agent reply.
