I just got my P5N32-E SLI installed too with the E6600 (finally after 6 months sweat.gif ). But the temperature of the CPU seemed abit high for my liking. I have tried 2 coolers with the following result:

Intel Stock Cooler:
Idle: 49C
Load: 55C

Noctuc U12F Cooler:
Idle: 42C
Load: 49C

Should I be getting this kind of result? Might want to add a few fans to see whether I can bring the sucker down.

Anyway, here's the rest of system config:

Intel C2D E6600 @ Stock
Asus P5N32-E SLI
2 x 1GB Super Talent DDR2-800 @ 4-4-3-8 latencies @2.2V
EVGA 8800GTS 320MB @ Stock
TT Toughpower 850W modular
TT Tsunami Dream Casing

Would be great if you guys can share your feedback on the temperature for similar setup.

Cheers cheers.gif

Try update your BIOS to 1103 official.

I am already at 1103. Anyway, how does that help in temperature reduction?

System is kinda unstable. Hang off and on... guess there may be something to do with my memory timing settings... tongue.gif
