with padel lock they still can drove of your car, they just use jumper wire across the brake switch to start the car and use hbrake as brake...that why remote start car are unsafe...Don't get me wrong, it's not 100% unbreakable, if the thief has the pedal lock knowledge, still can settle in half an hour.
