I purchased a single story semi-d house a couple of years back. I was thinking of converting it to double story as the current built up is very small (about 900 sq feet). The land area is about 3000 sq feet, so I am planning to extend it to about 1300 sq feet. So the total built up should be around 2600 sq feet.

Just in case here is the specs:-
1)Total built-up 2600 sq feet (2 floors)
2)4 rooms & bathrooms
I just need a rough estimation to tear the down the current structure and rebuild the 2 storey house. Doesn't have to include the fixtures. And if you have any contractor you can recommend, I would really appreciate it.

Just to update here, since 9th January 2020, submission for DBKL for the one storey house renovation to 2 storey house will need to submit for earthwork submission. Meaning there will be more complicated submission and more fees will be needed for authority approval.
