Most of the time you won't see much difference even though D have more cache than A and C is faster than A. I will chose the cheapest if I were you and use the extra money to buy more RAM

should have significant difference
as the (A) give 133mhz bus speed where the rest offer 166mhz. or maybe you can wait the Santa Rosa which offers 200mhz? of course with higher price |

QUOTE(theanser @ Jun 14 2007, 12:37 AM) A)Intel Core 2 Duo T5300 in applications where cache play an important role like games, u can see a bit extra ~10% (or maybe less) in performance. else, it will b more or less the same, minus the heavier price tag of the 4MB version. usually price alot more expensive. if for me, i would have get the cheapest one. and get free speed upgrade by OC 1.73 GHz, 2MB Cache, 533 MHz FSB B)Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 1.66 GHz, 2MB Cache, 667 MHz FSB C)Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 1.83 GHz, 2MB Cache, 667 MHz FSB D)Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2GHz, 4MB Cache, 667 MHz FSB E)Intel Core 2 Duo T7400 2.16GHz, 4MB Cache, 667 MHz FSB IS there much difference in terms of speed between A and C as well as A and D? |

it depends on your usage, i can notice a difference during video editing on my T7200 vs my frenz T5500 but totally not on leisure activities like surfing, movie watching, music listening & etc.
