Imagine everyday have to see them, I rather find another job, even lower pay but at least happier.
There is no best job & best colleagues combo, but if no big deal, just let it be.

Most of them are oldies, stay too comfortable and don't want to change.
Stay strong, if got better offer, just go for it.
