I send my X800XT PE for repairs because of artifacts, send it for reballing but it still occur so I send it back second time for diagnostics, it turns up my PSU is insufficient for it. They don't charge the second time diagnostics. Highly recommended, fast turnaround and friendly people

Hi there, my palit gtx 1070 is dead like really not working at all i turn on the pc the card try to turn the fan but it just move abit then it stop moving d and no display at all and i also tried to leave it turn on and see after it will the card become hot or not, it still nothing happen not warmmer at all, can you try to check whats the problem and try to fix it i can send it to your place and maybe you check whats the problem and quotes me after you find out whats the problem with this card???
