My old AGP card got artifacts even in BIOS, suspected RAM problem. Can you give quotation how much to get it fixed?

I send my X800XT PE for repairs because of artifacts, send it for reballing but it still occur so I send it back second time for diagnostics, it turns up my PSU is insufficient for it. They don't charge the second time diagnostics. Highly recommended, fast turnaround and friendly people smile.gif
