I flashed the ROM using Amlogic Burning Tools latest version.
There are 3 different ROMs for specific TX3 Mini wifi model . Check yours before download and flashing. I used HWinfo app to dabelcheck.
1) 2019 - ap6330
2) 2018 - ssv6051 (my model)
3) 2019 - rtl8723bs

2) Before upgrade to Android 9.0, make sure your device running on Android 8.0. If u still running on Android 7.0, u can first flash the Android 8.0 Rom

Successfull flash android 8ATV, when recovery upgrade to Android 9ATV device bootloop.
Then i Flash full rooted DaivietPDA firmware ATV9 from russia everything works,
Bugs:
1. Install incompatible apps cause system restart
2. when click Allow permission popup, apps will exit, need to reopen apps.
