My TX3 won’t turn on after I switch on the power supply.

Nothing shown on the tx3 mini box display

What can be done? Is the box gone d?

I rarely use it, only once or twice a month.

Thanks for the help... it turned out to be the power adapter problem... found a similar 5V output adapter and it works again

Anyone know where to get original tx3 mini power adapter?

Trying to buy from one seller at Shopee and he told me non original can be used temporarily only.

For long term, better to get the original one.

So bro, where to get quality one?

need advice on my tx3 mini

when i shut it down:-
after the shut down is completed(shown on the screen that it is shutting down), if I did not switch off the power outlet fast, it will reboot and restart again.

when i put it to standy:-
it goes to reboot and restart instead.

any sifu here can help? is it the unit issue or the android tv software issue?

getting error code PL 1000 when try to load a show

My tanix tx3 mini no longer work with Astro Go.

It used to be working fine previously.

Now it stuck at the login page even though after inputting the correct data.

I can see from my iPad Astro Go apps, the android box is part of the registered device. So no problem with the login data.

Any solution?

deleted and reinstalled, no luck... still same situation, stuck at login page

The only thing I remember I did is installed Disney Hotstar+ apps, then the apps asking me to download something in order for it to work... and I answer yes, but not sure what was downloaded. But not sure if this has somehow broken the tx3 mini

So I delete the chrome browser and resintall?

I have removed the registered devices in astrogo and re-login, no luck, stuck at the login page. But I check on my iPad it is as shown part of the registered devices.
