This tiny hose attaches after throttle body. It could be a throttle body heater hose or vacuum advance hose. But cannot be certain.

That is definitely not PCV valve hose. It does not come out from valve cover and is too small. PCV hose usually links to the intake hose after the air filter before throttle body.
