Hi Everyone,
Just found out my wife pregnant last sunday. This is our first, so these few days have been searching for some recipes that is good for pregnancy. Anyone can share theirs?
I been making these few things, but I want to get more choices for her.
Salmons Broccoli Eggs Fish (Bawal Emas)
Apples Oranges
Lemon Water

My appetite of my wife changes a lot, problem is same type of food she can’t consume more than 3 times, so those food that is good like eggs, broccoli, salmon, sweet potatoes she doesn’t eat already. So hard to get food that suit her daily. Luckily fruits, water, vegetables she does takes a lot, plus now is taking fish oil and folid acid. Thanks very much for the advise Good luck to you too
