Go search for food that can be consume by toddler 6-12mth. And eat that natural ingredient. Feed the preggy as in feed the baby. Of coz is solid, not those liquid for toothless baby, don't make your wife vomit.
I ate alot following:
- potato
- tomato
- carrot
- spinach
- chicken
- pork
- fish (variety but make sure low in mercury)
- 1 orange daily (I have friends avoid orange to avoid cough.. not sure why)
- measure water intake (make sure consume enough)
- red bean water (every few days during final trimester if have swollen feet)
I avoid:
- coffee, tea (all sorts include chinese tea & chinese herba tea)
- sugar (bring own plain water when eat out. Because if you order drink without sugar, am sure you feel like save it. Plain water taste better)
Throughout my pregnancy, I have 11kg weight gain. After I deliver, my boy at solid 4kg and I was only 1kg heavier than my original before pregnancy weight.
Not sure if that is because of the "baby food ingredient" that I consume during pregnancy.
