How to off 4 seater and leave mpv compact only?

Why i see the van fare is so super low.
RM15 vs RM3 fare.

if mycar management is reading now....pls, do something on your fare. I received RM1 & RM2 ping from your app before. Do you think RM1 enough to cover whole trip or maybe just to reach pup also not enough.

If you think offering cheap fare to rider can compete or win over grab, then you are very wrong. What happen is no driver is willing to pick up that job. If you still dont want to listen & still stubborn, pls change your name to mycharity... icon_rolleyes.gif

Mycar doesn't compensate you for RM1 fare?
Like Grab, even if riders have promo, you still get full fare.

i've never had standalone rm1 fare. i do had rm1 WITH PROMO + minimum fare and i get the full fare after commission instantly in e-wallet.

10 am ++ drive empty from kl sentral to pj due to 10 Min TO in grabcar app. So I turn on the mycar app.

No even single ping from Mycar app. 😖

Mycar management really need to rethink their current operation strategy.

i though Mycar many ping due to super low fare ? only none of the driver accept the ping

so now the riders dont even bother to try their luck ?

anyway, crapcar fare is sucks after 10am also...

how long you guys wait and where u all waiting ?

i checked passenger app, saw alot driver using mock location infront the entrance.
