System design-wise its a far cry from Grab or Uber. The fonts and info are so wordy & small like reading newspaper while you trying to drive. The chat box can hardly be read with soft color words in yellow background. Even the credit balance in pale green color. Also when in waze mode no button to toggle back to trip page. More finger work to get out of waze and back into mycar.
However got some plus points also. Top up can be done online from your debit or credit card efforlessly and instantly. No need TAC whatsover under this Senang Pay system. Not like Grab got to go hunting for KK Marts or Petronas. Also the time allowed to accept ping is 20 secs so can deliberate longer whether to accept not like Grab's.5 sec. Sometime when on non AA as you turn a corner and have shifted your view and by time you revert back a job has been missed.
Looks like i am missing GRAB already. Got to struggle another 28 days on roti kosong and teh O.
