Without users to test out the new updates, how would people know about the bugs?
Without sufficient and large number of users to test out the new updates,
how would later consumers benefit from new updates?
If all old users prefer to 'sit and watch' for the bugs to be corrected,
when will the new stable update be rolled out?
Participate and contribute......

What u says is true..
But in the process the users suffers... There's positive & negative from this.
Since asus already tested in India, not enough information?? I wonder....

An honest review: I'm glad I updated to Pie. The interface is much smoother and better yet, the battery life has increased a ton. What i realized was that I could get 10hr SOT on Oreo if I wanted to, but because i do not use the phone much the bulk of the battery drain came from the phone's idle state. Here's what the battery usage from 100% - 7% after pie (I switch off data when i leave the phone idle for extended periods as it flips between 4g and 3g very very often at where I work; I've been doing this since Orea):

Attached Image

My only complaint is on the absence night mode. There's also no digital wellbeing, but these are the things i can live with until the next OTA. I'm sure they'll sort it out, just at turtle pace..
