Please help me..i wanna ask if i send a parcel to my buyer yest and she is supposed to receive it today but she said she didnt recieve it...i called up the
courier company and they said wil check n nvr get back..i tried to call several times alr but they cant give me an answer where is the parcel gone..wat should i do now..do i need to refund to my buyer?act is nt my fault also...the courier company provide me the consignment no but they cant track for me also..i dunno wat happen also now..so confused!!please HELP me..thanks...

which postage did u use? pos laju? or another one?? and maybe u should wait another day, sometimes it's just a day or two delay

Give them one or 2 more days, sometimes there might be some slight delay.

What shipping company u using?

I've experienced delay using PostExpress to Kuching....
The receiver called postoffice to check and postmaster confirmed delay of shipment...
I called up the postmaster and he was very friendly and good manners....

I cant do nothing but to wait coz its just aeroplane delay...
Ofcourse u cant check thru tracking code coz its updated as "sent"....
But on the same day late afternoon, the postmaster called me up saying the item arrived and himself called the receiver too..

What makes you so sure it must and have to arrive the next day for delivery? You didnt even state which courier company you were dealing with so how would you expect us to give you some feedbacks?

FYI, if PosLaju, it's likely to take 2-3 days or more especially when it's in the raining season. Tracking code usually wont help much unless after 2 days which they will have it in their database.

i used secure xpress...the promised the next day will arive n the shipment is to malacca...any reason for it nt to arrive?

tracking number updated after 2 days..... late..... item received before updated in database... i like dhl and fedex tracking, detail from singapore to malaysia...

My company is using SecureExpress to....sending to whole Malaysia...
And yes items will reach destination by next day....

Very rare occasions they lost the package like 1 in 200.....

Well just wait 1 more day lah...

call them up again and said if they still don't deliver the package or can't find it, then you want to claim insurance for their lost of package.

How much can one claim for securexpress?

As for the buyer and seller deal, have you guys discussed anything on lost or damage parcels? If not, it's only fair for both to cover 50-50 after claiming the insurance.

what time u send in? where the location u sending to from where.

i call them up again in the morning and u knw wat lame reason they gave me?the new driver couldnt find the location...den wil wait for another driver to deliver today..my god!

always use skynet if possible .
my experience with skynet is damn good .
GDex is like so so only , even the office also lousy .

at last they deliver it to my buyer's house alr..called her thousand of times coz dunno the directions...haiz...i wont use it anymore...cannot gain my trust...

well at least the thing is not lost, be thankful for that...and remember not to panic sometimes, cos sometimes it takes more than a day although they promised next day delivery....

btw, the did promise 1 day delivery.

So, what if they can't deliver by 1 day? Perhaps there are sub-clauses in their agreement to get them away from lawsuits?

Item lost using Skynet,

1st day - i'm not at home...so the boy leaved a slip on my house. So i call them to make another delivery on next day.

2nd day - waited 4-5 hours...but no respond. try to call again, told that the boy was busy and will send next day.

3rd day - No one come, me personally rush to thier branch for the collection, waited 1 hours for them to find my parcel, but not found. so i ask them to send on next day or same day after found my parcel.

4th day - still no news, call to thier headquaters, headquaters call to branch, confirm the item was lost...

Uhm where did u sent the parcel to?
Afaik SecureExpress center are not located at everywhere....
Remote places are done by thier service provider...

Item Lost at the middle of Courier to my customer at terengganu ..
happen like this, i use NATIONWIDE to send to my customer.

Friday 15/06/07 Boy come pickup and i using company account send it always used and no problem at all, i using a chinese newspaper wrapping my P990i full box and i will wait boy come and collect the parcel.

after 6pm they will start doing processing and delivery the item at night to every single state.

Saturday 16/6/07 my customer receive the box but P990i Phone and 1GB sony MSPD card also LOST not inside the BOX???? I shock when my customer call me and telling me this cases happen and i will call to the Nationwide branch at terengganu and ask about that what was happen, tracking number also trace and is correct, item also send out.

what i suspect 100% the item lost in the middle of way, cause the box i using chinese newspaper wrapping the box is un-wrapping and my customer receive the item and open the envelope he can see directly the P990i original box and not with the newspaper wrapping mean the Parcel already open by some1 at the company processing department.

Now i wana you guys help me and give some advice that if i the item Lost would the company pay the assurance of the item lost ??? or they just leave like dunno and become nothing happen?
please is 1.3k item man.

aikz, erm in my opinion, i doubt they will give u insurance for this case, i mean they will just tell u that it's delivered already and just assume it's not their fault cos its mostly the postmen that stole the thing...
