how to make complaint and request compensation from Crap for the incorrect TB? I cannot find in support tab. For 3 days in a row, the TB in MP slot (6-7pm) were unfair. 9+B 6.2 for a 40min trip (3.2km) KLCC to Jln Alor. Gplus - 11+No B for 25min trip (4.2km) NSK peel to Sungei Besi 17+B 12.4 for 1h trip (9.4km) PPUM to Kuchai Lama

Received Rm11 as Time Compensation for last week's trips. Not enough to cover but better than none.

QUOTE(Intimidated @ Mar 28 2019, 11:23 AM) No problem. So from bank POV, no changes, because it’s still a private vehicle. From JPJ, LHDN, Grab POV, Ehailing drivers are individuals with business revenues, not a company. The car is still private individual car, with ehailing permit. Ehailing drivers don’t get to enjoy taxi rate at toll Ehailing drivers don’t need to pay commercial rate for insurance What are the other things that needs to be clarified? Either share the concerns here, or help find out and share the answers here. Possible to declara grab income under borang-BE - other income souces column? I m doing part time and plan to declare 50% from grab nett fare (already minus 20% commission). I wish to maintain SG status.

QUOTE(b4sh88 @ Mar 28 2019, 02:10 PM) I ask them yesterday. And they said under B. Just declare under B when doing e-filing and they will automatically change your SG to OG. On the receipt. You can declare yourself like this If RM200 = 200km = RM1/km gross. Set minus 20%/25% for commission. 20%~35% for fuel (depends on car), maintenance (save receipts). You get net after fixed cost. Then minus more on Interest to pay for car loans or any repairs. On fuel they will not require receipts. As long as you can justify why you calculated like that. You good to go. Thank you so much for your advise. Can we deduct car insurance and roadtax as well? what is the ratio to deduct? For the fares, do we need to declare incentive or misc payment as income? QUOTE(b4sh88 @ Mar 28 2019, 02:45 PM) Based on what the lhdn people said yesterday. As long as it is needed to generate Grab income, you can deduct it. Which includes insurance and roadtax. Basically future PSV cost and Puspakom can be deducted. For ratio i am not so sure. If you part time maybe you can deduct 50-70%. As long as you can clarify it to the lhdn auditor if you selected for audit. How to get caught? When you only get gross income of 12k a year doing Grab then you deduct 12k for petrol expenses. As long as it is logical, it can be done. I do not know the kod perniagaan for grab. How to find it? I am part-time only and so what shall i fill up with kod majikan? main job or grab?
