This is so misleading by Grab. Feel like not worth to drive anymore, with the traffic jam.

last night, picked up 3 pax from Saujana Apartment in Damansara Damai to an apartment in Kota Damansara, with fare RM13.
Once almost reach, they suddenly ask me to stop at nearby mamak with reason to tapau food. Told them they supposed to use multistop, as it is not fair to the driver. As a courtesy, i stop at the mamak shop, and man, that is the worst decision ever! It took of the pax 10 freaking minutes to get back in the car and just said sorry! I scold the pax for taking too long, and later drop them off without even saying thank you to them. The pax not even paying extra WTH!! Reported to Grab with negative feedback. Moving forward, if any pax ask me to stop somewhere, I will just say no with stern face. Don't care about rating anymore <end of rant> |

same here. yesterday online from 645 PM until 730 PM (Bandar Utama/SS2/Damansara Utama), not a single ping (I am on AA). Wasted petrol and time due to heavy jam.
Gave up and drove at 4 AM today. Managed to get 3 trips, including 1 airport trip. |

this morning around 430 AM received a ping from SS2 to Jalan Damai Perdana with fare RM36 cash.
after few seconds, that trip suddenly gone, without any notice on passenger cancellation. Checked in trip history, reason stated was "cancelled by passenger" I guess MOD user is back in action |

Guys, yesterday i picked up a passenger from PV5 Taman Melati Gombak and send to KLIA2. However until today have not receive RM10 reimbursement. Is it no more RM10 top-up airport trip? That trip distance is 75KM
