Have any Grab drivers Unite and fight for this cause ?

Be Grab employee enjoy employee benefits instead of contractor get nothing.

Case like this: possibilities..
-The driver was a super intelligent under cover agent worked for grab to sabotaj go jek.
-The driver short circuit liao too much pressure as grab driver being kicked out now drive for go jek.

I know Singaporean mostly with kiasu attitude but perlu meh let's say max 3 sgd erp want to force people to police station. Even the rider super lousy, at least sent her to the destination lah.

Lifes like that, sometimes u gained sometimes u lossed when u work to gain people's money. I think cincai a bit life easier lah, if too "kira" in few months time the mind will become "short plug" tak tahan pressures.

Wah so much drama after not reading since 1st February haha!

I have weird foreign riders last Monday and Tuesday.

Monday one had a RM 10 from USJ summit to behind Sunway. Rider requested for return so I told him plus TBB it will be RM 14 + RM 10. He agrees. Then when we reach the first destination, cannot find the location. So we round and round for 15 minutes. Normally when they want me to help, I will charge RM 1 per minute. So when we finally arrive at the first destination, I told him the fare was RM 35, he gave me extra RM 5 for my troubles then I send him back to USJ!

Tuesday had one from Setia Alam to TBS, Fee was RM 63. These are educated Bangladeshi, can speak English very well. After 2 minutes, he reconfirms the location by showing me a google map. I told him you put wrongly already, its PPR Desa petaling, so I helped him change location but the fare dropped to RM 51, damn sad. When reaching to the destination, they said its other side but I got next call already. They asked me to tolong, so I said ok but you pay me more. They agreed and I cancelled the call. After 15 minutes we found the place and I charged them RM 80.

Lol, both the job was great, because after that I just went home and do other things.

The reason kitchen no smoke excuse is already an indication of how desperate is a person becoming a ehailing driver. Sure we can unite for half a day... Just give the cash money to the person who can join the rally, demo or whatever... problem solve... Now... who can fork out half a million cash to give ehail driver to protest? Not a single person wan to do this... No money no talk... 

Just because other ehail driver got other passive income or ample money in savings account, these people always wanna go boycott larr... protest larr... how bout this... Dis person who wanna boycott... please pay rm200 to 10 people each to go with them... If 1000 ppl do this... you got a 10K of ppl to join protest...

Ehailing driver with passive income say no unity among us but unwilling to give their passive income for half a day to the other ehailing driver who dapur tak berasap. and of course dapur tak berasap will not take leave for a day without any income.

Do all see what I mean? Those who jumps all the MOT and Taxis ASSociation hoops and still driving after 12 July are the ones seriously need ehail as a living... and for those who don't... congratulations... you have other income and salary to support your lives...

Anyway, Our last hope is the rider themselves... Let them voice out after 12 july... such as surge price... waiting too long for grab... maybe some viral stories about taxis... Suara Rakyat is strong now in Malaysia Baharu...

Grab don’t just have rides as revenue lol, they are now in e-wallet business and food delivery business. 20% commission cap means little to them because in the first place, AA drivers only contribute 20% (to entice drivers to stop manual accept with 25%).

Also, like you said, part time drivers likely drop out because car more than 3 years old so need to go puspakom. In the first place, part timers are part timers because it’s not their main source of income lol, so part timers won’t starve to death if cannot do Grab.

Full time drivers will have field day every day, because suddenly most competitions (from part timers) are gone. Grab don’t even need to raise base fare. High demand for rides will push up the price during peak hours, and only super ulu place like, I don’t know, the far end of some dead town will still get RM5 rides.

The recent update on cancellation fee is stupid, but full time drivers should get very excited for the days after regulation.

The map didn't update to latest i guess, normally rider will tell the house no. and lorong in the notes.

KNS...if like tat might as well i go do psv at driving school they said now very fast pass exam can get psv license liao. Like tis need to go back and forth to gdc.. im not living in kl..petrol toll almost rm100. Go exam 1 time pick exam pass cert 1 more time oredi rm200 plus rm20 for d exam worth it meh? They kenot juz post the exam cert is it..haizzz..
