Hi. I'm a new Grab driver and just getting started. I haven't been able to receive any bookings because I'm not able to buy daily insurance. When I contacted support, they told me to clear cache/ data and reinstall the app again. But the problem still exists. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? How to sort this out?
