How much psv licence cost now? Did I need to re-do medical check-up? I pass my medical check-up on June at GDC.

I still waiting my EVP number. Got psv licence but don't have EVP still can drive after 12th October? Also where can I buy ehailing sticker? All the pit stop are far away from me.
