My best v4 dont have BOS offer and *128*88# ussd no longer available

Yup, just marketing strategy. I know of a few people who started using data after encountering apps of sorts for various reasons.

Meanwhile there are those users in this forum who are hoping (in vain) they will get the opportunity to try the unlimited offer.

the box or surprise offer is refreshed early of the month. you will highly get it if you are not subscribed to any plans with no usage for approximately a month.
