anyone got charged by some random games every few weeks? the amount is small rm1.50 each time. but they do not appear in bills (cos its digi prepaid) and digi did not notice me when i got charged.

If i did not notice the last charge i'll not know i got charged simply like this for so many times already.

what advice can you guys give to prevent this? Digi keep insisting its customers fault, but i am tech/scam-savvy enough to not fall to any trap if i dare say so myself.

I just bought a digi live prepaid card..
Can anyone share tips on getting the unlimited data plan RM1 per day...

Just reload and leave it for a couple months?
No need to buy data?

Yeah. The tac is supposed to stop them. But instead I get charged without notice. Which is worse than last time. At least last time I got sms telling me I got charged. Those tac stuff really useless.

Last few days, i notice my mifi battery kembang, so i change my digi broadband sim to hp to use temporary while waiting for new battery..

And i was auto-subscribed to RM5 viu and dunno what game service, i quickly reply STOP ALL to unsubscribe...funny, nothing was happen while the sim in mifi, and no TAC code received so called after implementation..

Just complain back to Digi. They will refund back the amount. If they are too slow to reply, escalate to MCMC. I got this issue previously on Digi broadband.

Ya, what a problem to customer while this is not customer problem..digi should have improved this if there are customer feedback on their so call Authorization via TAC is not working properly.

Hope Digi will have people here see all these feedbacks to their technical team for good.

I'm dealing with that same problem before, just write a report to digi and they'll refund your credit.

MyDigi app will have another round of major update. Like previously as a beta tester for few updates, I'm already invited by my Digi contacts to be one again this time. smile.gif If I can share more information, I will share but unlikely I will be allowed.
