Hi just wanted to know what happens if the postman delivers your parcel when you’re not at home?
Do they leave a note, and for apartments do they leave a note in your post box or on your door step?

May I know which apartment the postman will go up to your house doorstep?

You can check the status at the tracking website even without receiving the notice. As sometimes they mistake drop it inside other ppl mailbox.
By right, the postman should call you and if you are around, you get down to the lobby to collect. But due to majority ppl not around and their odd uncertain delivery time, many postman now assume you are not around and skip the calling. They will just drop the note in your mailbox and chow only.

Delivery of parcels depends on the courier service. Some call first and ask if you're home.

At my place, I either ask them to leave it at the doorsteps or pass to the guard post if I'm not home.

Not nearest po, first find out which the po branch the parcel is store, then go to that po branch. I assume postman left you a card and got specified which po branch to collect?

There will not always be a card. Sometimes there are no cards. U need to find out from your seller the tracking number, then from that number, trace it from pos malaysis website.

From Pos malaysia website u will have an idea which pos malaysia your parcel is. Go to that pos office with your tracking number. Dont forget to bring along your IC as well.
