May I know which apartment the postman will go up to your house doorstep? You can check the status at the tracking website even without receiving the notice. As sometimes they mistake drop it inside other ppl mailbox.
By right, the postman should call you and if you are around, you get down to the lobby to collect. But due to majority ppl not around and their odd uncertain delivery time, many postman now assume you are not around and skip the calling. They will just drop the note in your mailbox and chow only.
