it is tire protector....contains silicone which will make ur tire shine (wet n shine also can)
anyway it will wash off when raining time

i am using Tire Foam(R) Protectant (the cheap-o version), if u got the $ to burn, i would suggest Detailer's Advantage(R) Tire Foam(R) Protectant


For Best Results:
First wash or rinse excessively dirty or muddy tires.
