I wondered what do those cuci kereta shop use to make the tyre shine. Anyone has a recipe for tire shine?

Shine meh? Use water splash it loh, i dun c any difference compare to those washing service, they use dunno wat thing...spray on it then lap...

Giant has plenty of tyre shine brands, cost like RM10 each.

Before the invention of tyre shine sprays, there's shoe polish. Needs a bit of buffing though.

they use liquid silicone to bring out the shine in the rubber.

I think I may now have use for all those shoe shines I got from hotels.

On a side note, I went to ACE hardware, all come in spray cans, prices 30 and above. Giant still the best eh

I've done it before. It's really nice. If you buff it after coating it will look clean and new, but won't look like your parade boots where it can reflect your beautiful white teeth. Unless you heat up the shoe polish first before applying.

To me it looks better than tyre shine. Tyre shine gives your tyres that glossy wet look.

it is tire protector....contains silicone which will make ur tire shine (wet n shine also can)
anyway it will wash off when raining time

i am using Tire Foam(R) Protectant (the cheap-o version), if u got the $ to burn, i would suggest Detailer's Advantage(R) Tire Foam(R) Protectant


For Best Results:
First wash or rinse excessively dirty or muddy tires.

why..why..why so hard to think meh. just go to any uptown or night market..u can get from rm5 to rm8 per bottle...(rm5 for tyre shine only..rm8 for multipurpose. i mean for dashboard too)

Silicon oil is the main ingredient. I use silicon oil cos i got it FOC. One time a projet worker rubbed some blackish stuff on my tyres, that particular stuff really lasted very long (even hard to wash out). Anyone has any idea what exactly is it? It does last 2 months

better dun put at dashboard ll stick alot of dust. those with anti static 1 also ll stick. First nice but after a while then ll got a lot of dust.
