Currently only got from a project: DSara Sentral. Few lelong units there.
Direct link to MRT station. Kampung Sg Buloh area. Leasehold. Big unit come with 3 car park slots.
Smaller unit 1 or 2 car park slots.

Another choice around TBS area is Trinity Aquata.
1239sqft.
Freehold with 2 car park slots.
Bank value 720k.
Maybe can wait below 600k or 550k.

Medium cost apartment. Got security. Got 1 small swimming pool surrounded with coconut trees. Very nice environment at the swimming pool actually.
No lift. This unit is located at 2nd highest floor. Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd (this level), 4th highest.
Every unit got own dedicated parking slot.
Got bus to MRT/KTM Sg Buloh.

Strata title already issued here. So for this unit, the owner did not do perfection yet.
And this developer (MK Land) at other place (Cyberjaya) does not allow direct transfer.
So possible required double transfer for this unit.

Worth it only if the unit is vacant my opinion.

Not the highest floor. Ground floor is number 1. Level 1 is number 2 and so on.

Meaning developer issued out strata title to all owners. But this owner did not do perfection which mean appoint lawyer to do MOT and pay stamp duty. This process not yet being done. And the buyer from lelong will have to complete this process after winning.

Dont think able to get any landed at that price in Cyberjaya or Putrajaya.
But in Cybersouth can get. Brand new houses there. Completed not long ago.

Yes, pindah milik = SPA and perjanjian pinjaman = loan.
Still applicable till end of this year for all residential title property be it new undercon bought from developer or lelong unit bought in the secondary market.
