Any investors here or are most buying for ownstay?

Interested in the Pulse however the pricing is on high side.

Based on quick research the installment for 1119sqf unit is RM3000.
However quick survey of average monthly rental from surrounding areas is RM1800 per month.

Anyway just looking for feedback...

Edit sharing:-
My first apartment the repayment is RM1500 and renting for RM1450.
However in Bandar Puteri Puchong the gap between monthly repayment and rental rates are very far apart.
I haven't factored maintenance and sinking charges.

Yeah I agree the selling prices is too high.

Not much opportunity to get return from sub-sale or rental.

Still got many units available...
Tower B is preferable because the studio is not there means less neighbor per floor.

Tower A also got units available high floor. To my knowledge only studio fully sold.
