Adiva apartment units r quite limited n usually hard to get options in subsales. If facilities are not ur main concern then yes go for adiva since the maintenance fee is somehow cheaper than many condos here.

Alternatively u can oso 6c6c Adora apartment which is same same as adiva with less than 500m apart in distance vs adiva.

Adora ll hav a higher fee to swallow since its pretty low density development. In return u oso gain back in term of privacy.

I would assume ur budget is around 1m for min 2 rooms requirement??? Try monitor ws1 13xxsf with 2+1 rooms. Slightly higher in monthly fee with more facilities around. Peaceful environment and great condo I can say.
